Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling various parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
